Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing RageRelease™. We strive to get your stress-relief partner to your desk as quickly as possible.

1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number.

2. Shipping Estimates We ship worldwide. Depending on your location, estimated delivery times are:

  • USA & Europe: 7-12 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 10-15 business days.

Please note: These are estimates. Factors such as customs processing or local carrier delays are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $4.95 (calculated at checkout).

  • FREE Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on all Duo Pack orders!

4. Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes RageRelease is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damaged Items If you receive your order damaged (e.g., a broken spring or punctured bag), please contact us immediately at ragerelease67@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and the product so we can send a replacement.
